A master class that will give you the tools to develop all the tricks in a fast bowlers armory to execute under pressure.

In a small group session, the Fast Bowling Master Class will:

• Teach you how to bowl faster, more accurately and reduce the risk of injury.
• Improve your decision making - when and how to bowl variations and slower balls. 
• Help you read a batsman and set a field
• Provide training drills for you to take away

Serge has represented Herefordshire County Cricket Club and British Universities (South) in England. He also represented France and Sweden, and for the last 14 years, has been one of the leading wicket takers in Swedish club cricket.

Serge won the ”Best bowler” award from SCF in 2012, 2013 and 2020 and with SACS won the National T20 championships in 2011 and 2013. After retiring from international cricket Serge became National Team manager and Bowling Coach of the Swedish Men’s Team from 2015 to 2017.

• The participants are advised to bring a water bottle and snack.
• Indoor shoes are mandatory
• There is no dress code however many of the participants wear their uniform
